Riverside County TLMA is hiring an Assistant Planning Director (Planning Manager). This position helps lead the Planning Department’s Development Review division and supports overall department operations, including current and long-range planning, CEQA/environmental review, budgeting, contracts, and staff management.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders, and representing the department at public meetings and with the Board of Supervisors.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in planning or a related field and at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or lead role, are highly preferred.
