SALARY : $7,592.11 – $10,727.45 Monthly, with an anticipated Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) effective July 1, 2027. Placement within the salary range will depend on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Under general supervision, the Senior Planner administers specified activities in such areas
as zoning, redevelopment, housing, and advanced planning. Provides accurate and concise
information and guidance to the public, Town Council, and Planning Commission
concerning land use matters.
