The City of Redlands is hiring a Principal Planner. This role leads the planning division staff and oversees development review, zoning, General Plan implementation, and CEQA/environmental review.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, reviewing development applications, preparing reports and recommendations, and presenting to the Planning Commission and City Council.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field and 5+ years of municipal planning experience (supervisory experience preferred). A master’s degree and AICP are desirable.
