Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare CEQA and NEPA documents
• Ability to assist Project Manager on multiple projects simultaneously
• Assist in preparing project scopes and schedules
• Attend and participate in client project meetings
• Ability to work with limited oversight and direction while producing quality work assignments

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Art’s Degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Geography or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Minimum of 4 years of real experience in preparing CEQA or NEPA documents.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, problem solving and research abilities.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Job Type:   Full-time

Pay: $89,000.00 – $108,000.00 annual salary
