Principal Planner salary: $116,170 – $155,679/year

4/10 work schedule (Mon – Thur) 7 am – 6 pm

Senior Planner: Reviews and processes complex projects; plans, schedules, assigns, and reviews the work of planning staff within the Planning Division. This is the advanced professional level classification in the Planning Series. The Senior Planner class is distinguished from the Associate Planner class by the difficulty and complexity of work performed and may include supervisory responsibility.

Principal Planner:  Reviews and processes highly complex projects; plans, schedules, assigns, and reviews the work of planning staff within the Planning Division. This is the advanced professional level classification in the Planning Series. The Principal Planner class is distinguished from the Senior Planner class by the difficulty and complexity of work performed, additional advisory and supervisory responsibility, and high level of autonomy.
