Several municipal planning consultant positions are immediately available for project and work assignments in the Los Angeles, Inland Empire, San Diego and Orange County areas.

Qualified applicants must have experience in current planning, including knowledge of plan review, zoning code interpretation, project analysis and professional report writing. Additional experience preferred would include coastal development permit review, design review, historic preservation, and CEQA. Desired applicants should also have the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

SENIOR PLANNER – B.A. or M.A. in planning, architecture, public administration, or related field with 5 years of increasing level experience required.

ASSOCIATE PLANNER – B.A. in planning, architecture, public administration, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of increasing level of experience required.

ASSISTANT PLANNER –B.A. in planning, architecture, public administration, or related field with 1-2 years entry-level experience required.
